The Scope

The goal was to craft a distinctive brand identity for an innovative all-in-one logistics management platform. This identity aimed to carve out a unique market position and lay down clear strategic marketing guidelines for future outreach efforts.
Antser aimed to revitalize its marketing and sales endeavors for its groundbreaking logistics management platform. Without a distinct brand identity to set it apart in a crowded market, the company faced hurdles in effectively communicating its value proposition. Furthermore, challenges persisted in marketing efforts and providing a user-centered website experience. The project was thus designed to address these obstacles comprehensively, setting the stage for sustained and impactful outreach.

The Strategy

After a market – and SWOT analyses, together with the client we started implementing the Brand Building Toolkit. In a step by step process we determined all key elements for the brand its new identity and strategic outlines for future marketing and communication efforts. Building from Unique Selling Propositions, Product Specifications, Rational Advantages, Emotional Reward we determined 3 unique consumer values. These were completed with a clear determination of Tone of Voice, Buyer Persona’s and a Sales Funnel into a document setting the brand for the future.

Furthermore, a comprehensive overhaul of the website’s information flow was undertaken to align with the new brand identity. The emphasis was placed on structuring the flow of information based on buyer personas, consumer journeys, and key conversion moments identified within the sales funnel.

Following the completion of the Smartchain brand identity and the refinement of its information flow, the client undertook a successful website overhaul to align with user expectations. This involved the development of more enticing product offerings. Moreover, the team began implementing successful marketing and sales outreach concepts, targeting pivotal conversion points within the sales funnel.
