The Scope

The objective was to develop a unique brand identity for this green co-working space, allowing it to establish a distinctive market position in a saturated industry and providing clear strategic marketing guidelines.
Following a change in ownership, BLWRK Co-Working sought to redefine its brand identity to differentiate itself in a competitive market. Additionally, the client faced challenges in marketing and communication efforts. Analysis revealed discrepancies between the website’s information flow and user expectations. Thus, the project aimed to rejuvenate BLWRK for long-term success.

The Strategy

After a market – and SWOT analyses, together with the client we started implmenting my Brand Building Toolkit. In a step by step process we determined all key elements for the brand its new identity and strategic outlines for future marketing and communication efforts. Building from Unique Selling Propositions, Product Specifications, Rational Advantages, Emotional Reward we determined 3 unique consumer values. These were completed with a clear determination of Tone of Voice, Buyer Persona’s and a Sales Funnel into a document setting the brand for the future.

Furthermore, a comprehensive overhaul of the website’s information flow was undertaken to align with the new brand identity. The emphasis was placed on structuring the flow of information based on buyer personas, consumer journeys, and key conversion moments identified within the sales funnel.

The Result

Upon finalizing the BLWRK brand identity and optimizing the information flow, the client successfully revamped their website to meet user expectations. This included the creation of more appealing product offerings. Additionally, the marketing team started successfully implementing effective strategies targeting key conversion moments within the sales funnel.z
